The Basic Co ship Australia wide. International orders to certain destinations applicable via shipping availablity.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Orders that are placed by 11:00AM will be picked and shipped on that same day.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

The weight of items will be rounded to the nearest gram.

Returns policy for online purchases made at The Basic Co.

We always endeavour to provide the highest quality products for purchase from our online store but if you're not completely happy with the item/s you purchased we will happily exchange or refund any full or promotional price purchase within 14 days of date of delivery.

If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided. After 30 days, the product is nonrefundable.

If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 14 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. SHBS is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.

To obtain an exchange or refund purchased on-line to a store, the following return policy conditions:

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receipt of date of delivery

Item/s must be in original saleable condition with all labels and tags attached

The tax invoice must be presented as proof of purchases.

We do not accept refunds on items purchased on sale.

Please note that NO REFUNDS are permitted on Sale items.
